Worried about the weight? Don't be! We've got options for every player and every strength level:
- 4 lbs and 6 lbs balls — For kids
- 20 lbs - For Athletic Men
- 14 lbs - For Athletic Women
- 10 lbs - For Adults, Teens, and Kids.
Not sure where to start? Throw the ball as far as you can, if it doesn't go more than 18 feet, no worries, try a lighter ball. You can also switch it up during the game.
